After years and years of exercise being motivated by body hate, or desire to look a certain way, I felt incredibly lost with movement, fitness, exercise the whole shebang. Healing from a difficult pregnancy, a pandemic, changing body and diet culture - where does fitness even fit in anymore? If I’m exercising daily, does that mean I’m back in diet culture?
